On November the 25th in the Chapel of Jesus Christ, King of the Universe, in the village of Krasnokievka was celebrated a Patronal Feast. The village is located within the boundaries of the Parish of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul in the village of Chkalovo. Our Archbishop Tomasz Peta celebrated the Holy Mass.
At the beginning of the Celebration the icon of Jesus Christ, which was painted by Sr. Cecilia Lewandovskaya from Pavlodar, was blessed. In the homily His Excellency indicated the meaning of honoring Jesus, as well as the need to follow Jesus all life long.
At the end of the Mass, the parish priest Fr. Sergey placed the icon in the central part of the Chapel. After the Eucharist, parishioners invited all those present for a treat. In the benevolent atmosphere, Archbishop Tomasz could communicate with the parishioners of the village of Krasnokievka.
We thank God for the beautiful moments of the mutual prayer.
