The parish of Mary Mother of the Church was founded by Father Władysław Bukowiński, and in this region he was especially active in his ministry. For the parishioners, this monument is not a novelty, since it was previously located in the entrance of the church, meeting and seeing off visitors to the church and reminding them that he is always with them. Now a special place in the courtyard of the church was prepared for the sculpture, and on the occasion of its installation in a new place, it was decided to consecrate it.

It took place after the Sunday Holy Mass. At the monument, those gathered read a prayer to blessed Fr. Władysław Bukowiński and laid a bouquet of white and red roses, symbolizing the flag of Poland – one of the motherlands of the blessed one. Also, those present had the opportunity to offer their prayers and intentions at the relics of the blessed in the church itself.
